Boys arrested for causing criminal damage to vehicles in Newbury


Four boys have been arrested in connection with a number of incidents of criminal damage to vehicles in Newbury.

Between 6pm on Wednesday (8th January) and Thursday (9th January), wing mirrors were knocked off six vehicles in Gloucester Road, two vehicles in Chalford Road, two in Russell Road, two in Green Road and one vehicle in Craven Road.

Three boys from Newbury, aged 17, 16 and 14, and a 16-year-old boy from Basingstoke, were all arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to vehicles.

They were released on bail until 24 January.
